We bring healthcare employers together with education, workforce, and community partners to align training, recruitment, and retention — so every Lane County resident has access to the care they need, delivered by people who live here.
LCHSP is organized under the Next Gen Sector Partnership model: industry sets the agenda, and community partners act on it. No single agency owns the work — the partnership does.
